UBRIS builds high-impact digital products in education, health, and urban development. We are currently developing a mobile medical-educational application (iOS & Android) designed for pregnant women and new mothers, featuring content, tracking tools, live streaming, AI assistants, and subscription-based PRO access.
We are looking for a Mobile App Developer (React Native) capable of delivering a full-featured mobile app end-to-end, from architecture to production, fully compliant with Apple and Google payment systems.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing the mobile application and integrating it with our backend infrastructure, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. You will work directly with the product team and have influence over architecture and technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile app using React Native (TypeScript) for iOS and Android
- Implement secure authentication systems (e.g., Clerk / custom auth)
- Build and maintain backend communication (Strapi / REST APIs)
- Integrate Apple IAP and Google Play Billing for PRO subscriptions
- Implement live streaming and Q&A functionality via SDKs (Agora, Vimeo, YouTube)
- Handle sensitive user data (medical tracking, documents) following best practices
- Participate in App Store and Google Play submissions, versioning, and updates
Requirements
- Strong experience with React Native and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle
- Experience integrating backend APIs and subscription systems
- Familiarity with receipt validation for Apple and Google
- Experience with streaming SDKs, chat/Q&A, and secure data handling
- Experience deploying apps to App Store and Google Play
- Backend development: Node.js / Strapi
- Database experience: PostgreSQL
- CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
- Apps handling sensitive data (medical, education, fintech)
