We Want
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is strategic, results-driven, and motivated to identify and secure high-value opportunities. You will be the primary driver of our client growth and partnerships, ensuring that UBRIS Center continues to expand its impact across sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract new clients in consulting, branding, and strategic business services

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

Design and execute business development strategies for key markets and industries

Collaborate closely with strategy, design, and technology teams to deliver tailored proposals

Represent UBRIS Center at client meetings, presentations, and networking events

Monitor market trends and convert insights into actionable business opportunities
Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic consulting (ideally in creative, branding, or tech-focused environments)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
